1.Which regions support delivery?
We ship from 1967 Wehrle Drive, Suite 9, Williamsville, New York.
Since our business is still developing, we have not opened other countries or regions for the time being, except for the U.S. mainland.

2.Order delivery time
Our delivery time is 4-8 business days.

– Order processing time is 1-3 business days (Orders are not processed on weekends).
– Shipping time is 3-5 business days.
3.Freight methods and charges
For all U.S. orders, we will ship with our Standard Shipping for $6 per order.
If your single purchase order totals more than $20, we will ship it for you free of charge with no courier fees.
Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days of being shipped.
The sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not borne by the merchant, thank you for your understanding.
4.Payment Methods
We use stripe as the payment method, and stripe supports Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express.
Customers with a US billing address will not be charged until the order is processed for shipping.
However, a credit card authorization hold will occur when the order is placed.
5.About the packaging
Our Foam Poster Boards are packed by double thickened plastic bags, you should check carefully after receiving the courier.
6.Sign for receipt
Please check whether the package is intact before signing the receipt.
After receiving the Foam Poster Board, if the damage is found (such as broken, cracked, stained, etc.), please email our customer service Gaylene Bertel via [email protected], and we will offer you a free return.
