1.How long are returns valid for?
Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the Foam Poster Board products arrives.
If you have received the Foam Poster Board products for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return.
Returns of Foam Poster Board products are subject to the following conditions.
(1) Returns of Foam Poster Board products should be made within 14 natural days.
(2) Returned Foam Poster Board products should been purchased from Snappyprintercartridgesandmore.com.
(3) The Foam Poster Board should be in new condition.
(4) We also offer support for product returns in cases of quality issues (such as broken, cracked, stained, etc.) that occur before the use of the Foam Poster Board, provided they are not caused by human factors.
2.Return fee
– If a return is requested due to a product quality issue with Foam Poster Board (such as broken, cracked, stained, etc.), shipping costs will be the responsibility of Snappyprintercartridgesandmore.com.
– If the return is due to personal reasons (such as do not like, do not want, etc.), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We do not charge re-listing fees.
3.Return Process
To return or exchange the Foam Poster Board product, please contact our customer service Gaylene Bertel via [email protected] within 14 natural days of receiving the Foam Poster Board, we will prioritize your order.

Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Orders placed after 4:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
Please send the Foam Poster Board product in its original packaging to 1967 Wehrle Drive, Suite 9, Williamsville, New York.
After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to our customer service Gaylene Bertel by [email protected] and provide the following information.

– Tracking number
4.About refund
Once the returned Foam Poster Board arrives at Snappyprintercartridgesandmore.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.
The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
